.RETURN & REFUND POLICY



At Orukart.in, we strive to provide quality products and reliable service.



• Orders once delivered and accepted by the customer are generally not eligible for return.



• Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.



• Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:



- Order cancelled before shipment.

- Product is unavailable after order confirmation.

- Customer is charged but the order cannot be fulfilled.

- Product received is significantly different from the ordered item (subject to verification).



• If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, Orukart.in reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) services for future orders.



• Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method or through UPI/Bank Transfer within 5-10 business days.



• Orukart.in reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
